100 lots taken by mysterious tycoon

According to the tabloids, a mysterious tycoon has just buyout 100 lots of PPFC pte. ltd.

PPFC pte. ltd. will wish to clarify that the rumour is indeed true and this tycoon is actually a close family member of the chairman himself.

The committee is close to securing the funds of another powerful magnate who is said to be a long-time friend of the chairman.

Meanwhile, stay cool people and rest assured that PPFC is in good hands.

Official Business Proposal

The initial Business Propsal is as follows:

1. The amount of investments will be categorised into 3 types: $5-$100, $101-$300, >$300
2. For investments over $300, a high-level shareholders meeting will be conducted before any decision is made.
3. The profits/loss will be tallied the day after the investment is completed.
4. Another shareholders meeting will be held after the 1st investment phase.
5. Any decision made by the chairman is final and no contestation will be tolerated.

Official Public Listing of PPFC

1000 lots of shares will be listed for PPFC in order to raise funds for World Cup investments.

1 lot will be traded at the initial price of $1.00, with the chairman holding at least 51% of the total shares. The rest of the 49% will be up for grabs:) Those who are interested, please drop a comment.

The detailed investment plan will be rolled out pretty soon. So, stay tuned......

Pam Pam Football Club

PPFC was set up in the early 90s by HY, its current serving chairman, inducting and employing LTL as its director of football somewhere in '99. It was once one of the greatest clubs in its times with talented players from Asia and America helping it to league and cup success in the 90s but has since entered a period of decline.

PPFC is presently restructuring itself for future success. While a public listing seems highly unlikely, new transfer funds have been pumped in since 2000 as LTL became joint shareholder of the club. HY, the reclusive chairman, has since sacked the manager and taken over the reins himself, simultaneously taking on the post of director of operations, tasked with the challenging goal of building up a credible youth academy, with the club's hopes of success pinned upon the rank and file of emerging youth players now being introduced into the setup.
