Official Business Proposal

The initial Business Propsal is as follows:

1. The amount of investments will be categorised into 3 types: $5-$100, $101-$300, >$300
2. For investments over $300, a high-level shareholders meeting will be conducted before any decision is made.
3. The profits/loss will be tallied the day after the investment is completed.
4. Another shareholders meeting will be held after the 1st investment phase.
5. Any decision made by the chairman is final and no contestation will be tolerated.
